Diop: learn a language by reading what you love
Diop is a free app for learning a language by reading books and manga. Hold any word and Kyandi, your AI jellyfish tutor, tells you what it means in that sentence. Save it, and it comes back as a flashcard. Diop turns any PDF or EPUB into one column that fits your phone, and opens manga and scanned pages panel by panel.
AI and the human heart: China and the West
A curated collection that starts from classics that asked the machine question first (the Zhuangzi's "machine-heart", Aristotle's self-weaving shuttle, Butler, Shelley, Forster, Čapek, Confucius and Mencius) and follows today's debate in Chinese and English: Zhao Tingyang, Liu Yongmou, Zhu Songchun, Iason Gabriel and others.
